Since its launch in 2020, Santa Ville has been on a mission to rekindle the wonder of the holiday season, right from the comfort of one’s home. With a wide range of enchanting products and décor essentials, Santa Ville helps its audience turn any space into a winter wonderland.
Santa Ville required a strategic online marketing plan that not only boosted brand awareness but also aligned perfectly with its seasonal offerings, such as holiday decorations, gift bundles, and festive accessories. One of the primary challenges was finding the ideal balance between the magical visual appeal of ads and their performance in terms of branding and return on investment (ROI).
Given the highly competitive holiday retail market, the campaign had to immediately capture the attention of festive shoppers and inspire them to take action, whether purchasing seasonal décor or finding the perfect gift. Additionally, timing was crucial. Santa Ville needed to launch and optimize its seasonal promotions right on schedule to capitalize on the holiday spirit and shopping surge fully.
Our first step was to develop a comprehensive Google Ads strategy to position Santa Ville as a go-to Christmas gift shop. The client provided brand assets, including fonts, logos, videos, and photos, which we incorporated into 22 well-aligned creatives for use across platforms.

The creative team began designing captivating visuals for these promotions, aligning them with seasonal sentiments and traditions to spark excitement and encourage timely purchases.
Through on-page and off-page SEO techniques, RUN Marketing improved YMS Nutrition’s visibility in search engines. We optimized product pages and blog content with relevant keywords, increasing organic traffic and elevating search rankings for health-related terms.As we launched multiple campaigns for Santa Ville from November 2024 to December 2024, our focus shifted to real-time performance tracking and continuous optimization to maximize returns during the high-traffic holiday season.

By the end of the campaign, we recorded a total of 82 conversions at an average cost of $23.34 each. With a total spend of $1.91K, the campaigns delivered an average return on ad spend (ROAS) of 1.95—nearly doubling the value generated for every dollar invested.
